We are currently seeking:
Jr Sous Chef – up to £32,000 plus benefits.
This is a London based, quality all day dining operation, with high quality food and wine. As part of an independent business, this is a people focused, growing company with strong values and all venues endeavour to be environmentally conscious in all aspects of the operations.
If you are:
•             Passionate with solid experience in a high volume restaurant, gastro pub / modern European cuisine.
•             A strong team leader
•             Enthusiastic and reliable with good ideas for new dishes.
•             An excellent communicator that can work in busy fast paced environment.
•             Full of energy to deliver incredible and consistent service in a high quality environment.
•             A  Jr Sous with previous experience or Senior Chef de Partie.
