Sous Chef Required in London

We are a small restaurant in Soho serving fresh fish and pasta dishes. We have a daily changing menu and we use all organic ingredients.
Hours of work are 08:30-17:30, 5 shifts a week at 45 hours per week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team-player who can also work unsupervised, with attention to detail and constantly be striving to increase the standard of food they produce.
This is a truly unique position in a friendly working environment with creative freedom and space to explore, learn and expand your culinary interests.
