We are looking for an exceptional sous chef to join a busy operation in Paddington, London. This is a fast paced environment and is part of a small but very successful operation.
What we are looking for;

experience at sous chef level
Solid knowledge in a busy restaurant
Stable CV and passion for cooking
Ability to manage stock with the head chef.
Hard working and tidy chefs
