We are a wine bar located in Walthamstow (minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station).
We are specialised in natural wines and seasonal food. The kitchen offers a small plates menu which changes every week depending on seasonal supplies. We offer simple yet interesting and modern dishes. We highly rely on the best quality produce we can get our hands on.
We are looking for a talented and passionated Sous Chef who understands the type of cuisine we offer to our customers.
The Sous Chef will be in charge of the kitchen for 1 shift during the week (evening only - Wednesday to Friday), and 2 shifts during the weekend brunch (Saturday and Sunday).
We are expecting the new member of the team to be creative and to bring his expertise and ideas to help our Head Chef tailor the weekly menu.
The ideal Sous Chef should have the below characteristics.

Passionate
Capable of running busy brunch
Capable of ordering
Stock take
Have minimum 2 years chef experience
Great man management skills
Stay calm under pressure
Have all food and hygiene certificates

Salary
£11 / Hour + tips with the option for a permanent contract within the first 3 months.
