We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at this newly-refurbished pub. We use the best ingredients in season and change our menus often.
We strive for exceptional standards in everything we do. Our chefs take the lead in menu development.
The ideal candidate will be:
A solid cook with a good knowledge of British and European food.
Knowledgeable about food safety procedures and food hygiene.
Organised and efficient
Able to plan and run a busy shift
Strong on stock control and planning
