We are looking for an enthusiastic sous chef/cook with an overwhelming passion for good food made using fresh Italian and British products.
The right candidate should be very passionate about authentic and fine Italian food and be able to work in a small team of four (Head chef,2 chefs and 1 KP).
As this is an established restaurant, the new chef will have the opportunity to bring new dishes through the special and to support the head chef with training of staff.
Salary will be £28,000 gross per annum depending on experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
