Forge are working with a large site in the heart of Canary Wharf to recruit a strong Sous Chef for this fantastic staff restaurant operation.

The site boasts a very large deli bar, theatre stations, extensive grab n go and salad bar and vibrant hot counter plus various pop up stations catering for over 3000 covers daily. Everything is made fresh on site and the menu changes daily across all areas.

The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and the 2 other Sous to ensure the offer is always hitting the mark. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Input into menu development
- Managing junior chefs
- HACCP
- Working across all sections
- Ensuring standards are met

We are keen to hear from Sous Chefs with experience in high volume environments and looking for a challenge.
Sous Chefs should be hungry to progress to the next level and be very strong cooks. Strong organisation skills are a must as well as the ability to lead a team.

Core Hours: M-F, 7am - 4pm
Salary: Circa £28k
