Sous Chef – Seasonal European Restaurant – Central London £33kSous chef £30-33,000 depending on experience and based on 7 shifts per week This superb restaurant serving high quality ingredient led European dishes are seeking the talents of an enthusiastic and work stable Sous Chef to be part of the team You will first and foremost have a passion for food, understand the seasons, be hard working and want to work, learn and teach other junior members plus improve your own skills and knowledge in the busy open plan kitchen The menu is regularly changed and you will play an important part in this development as sous chef helping to oversee a team of 10 chefs with 3-4 chefs per service The restaurant is closed on Sundays and bank holidays and you will work 7 shifts per weekAs Sous chef you will come from a background that demonstrates work stability and career progression in quality restaurants serving European food and ideally with AA Rosette experience Sous chef £30-33,000 based on 7 shifts per week You must be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
