They are open for breakfast onwards including a takeout menu to a 3 course meal following the seasons, bar snacks and weekend brunchAs sous chef you will help manage the total team of 8 chefs and be responsible for the running of the kitchen that serves up to 150 covers per day alongside the head chef You will be working for a high profile independent company that is highly respected in the industry and by their peers  Your background will be as current Junior/ sous chef with a stable career to date working in quality independent fresh food restaurants or gastros to Rosette standards Evening and weekend shifts will be required for this leading city based pub Sous chef- £30,000 based on 8 shifts per week 5/7days.
