We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef for our newly opened independent craft beer barm, in the heart of Richmond Upon Thames. An exciting opportunity to be part of a kitchen team that will be developing and launching a new menu, to build upon our successful beer offer. A love of burgers and exciting food trends a must!

We are seeking candidates who are:
-Hardworking, friendly and organised.
-Have a good knowledge of food safety and excellent hygiene procedures.
-Be a solid cook and can saute, braise, grill, and barbeque.
-Most of all, we would like to see someone creative and hard-working, keen to assist the head chef in developing the food side of the business.
