Sous Chef wanted for open plan kitchen - The Allegory – London.
We are currently recruiting for Sous Chef – develop your skills around innovation and attention to detail, cooking fresh seasonal products as well as creating and showcasing daily specials. This role Would Suit A Experienced CDP/ Jnr Sous ready to step up.
Roles and responsibility include the following.
• Able to work as part of a team
• Passion and dedication for producing great tasting fresh food using locally sourced ingredients.
• Comfortable working across all sections.
• Good standards of health and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Baking experience preferred but not essential.
• Proven knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH.
Stock Management, Fnb Shop, Ordering and stock Take Knowledge Good People Skills, Teaching Junior Members of team Able to Run The kitchen On Head Chefs absence.
The role is 48 - 55 hours a week, over five days (open 7 days a week)
Salary up to £30k
