A real symbol of Broadway Market, L’eau à La Bouche is a unique destination for foodies, which gathers the colourful energy of Hackney people coming to eat, drink, work and socialise. La Bouche Delicatessen and Café opened in 2004 to a hugely enthusiastic, never ending queue of custom. The aim was and still is to offer reasonably priced food and wine of the best quality to enjoy at home, coffee and lunches to eat in or to take away, and a laid back atmosphere with a good soundtrack for extra pleasure.
We are looking for a full time Sous Chef to join our friendly team at La Bouche. The role would suit someone with experience in a similar environment, who is able to work efficiently in a busy, fast paced kitchen whilst demonstrating a keen passion for providing high quality, fresh and seasonal dishes.
Working closely with our Head Chef, this role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced chef looking to take the next step up to Broaden their skills and manage a small team.
