SOUS CHEF – great career prospects – £ depending on experience
Mews of Mayfair and Mayfair Pizza Co is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help lead its brigade of 15 chefs.
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who has a passion for British cuisine and working with fresh and seasonal produce. You must be a natural leader able to lead, train and motivate chefs of all levels.
It is essential that you are used to working in a busy environment and you must be able to handle pressure.
Duties will include:
·Ensuring that high standards of food preparation are upheld
·Get involved with menu design, stock control, ordering, training and motivating the junior members of the team
·Ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place and being adhered to.
·Detailed knowledge of seasonal food.
