Mayfair's oldest award winning pub requires a Sous Chef to come on board and join our dynamic team. We are looking for an experienced chef with a passion for food, quality and seasonal produce but also a team player who enjoys his or her work. The role will be a challenge although you will have the support of the head chef.
As a Sous Chef in the kitchen you will need to follow the lead of the Head Chef and support him during service. You will be expected to follow strict food hygiene procedures and ensure day to day operation is in line with the the example set by the Head Chef. You will aid the team in wiring throughout the year working with seasonal, British produce ensuring we get the most from the excellent produce we are lucky to work with.

What we need from you:
Proven ability at CDP level ready to take the step to move into a fast growing and innovative company
Dedicated to delivering the highest quality dishes
experience in busy kitchens
Proven knowledge of all food and safety practises including HACCP and COSHH.
