TRADE are set to open their second premises later this month and are looking for a Sous Chef with a broad range of experience. We are looking for someone with both great ideas and the ability to execute them efficiently.
TRADE is an Australian inspired cafe in Commercial Street, open since January 2014 and established as an outstanding local coffee shop and eatery known for life-changingly good sandwiches and a top quality brunch menu. TRADE's range of homemade products include our 20 strong cake menu, savoury pastries and are best known for our homemade Pastrami.
The new site at Essex Road, N1 will offer more of the same. Additionally, with your help TRADE will be launching an informal evening offering to the local residents. The company's food ethos is to work with strong flavours, great ingredients and a simple menu.
TRADE is looking for a Sous Chef passionate about great quality food, has the ability to take direction from our Head Chef and give direction to junior chefs.
