We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef with an overwhelming passion for good food made using fresh Italian and British produce.
The right candidate should be very passionate about authentic and fine Italian food and be able to work in small team of 5 icluding the Head Chef/Cook , 2 chefs, 1KP and 1 KP/commies.
