Thomas West Ltd are looking for a Site Manager for  refurbishment projects in and around SW London.
No agency please.
We are looking for someone who has proven track record as site number one for minimum of 5 years  :-
Requirements

Source and Manage trades.
Proven track record in managing quality and timescales.
Monitoring and updating construction and procurement programs.
Weekly reporting to senior staff on progress.
Weekly client meetings.
Preparing orders.
Ensuring on time deliveries.
Liaising with design team / approved inspectors / engineers.
Health and Safety site management / compliance.

You must be driven and career focused, the right candidate will be given further training and excellent opportunities to progress.

Hours are 7.30 am-6pm Monday to Friday occasional  Saturday work (job dependant)
