A growing development company specialising in new-builds, currently seeking a site manager/Forman for an ongoing project in South West London. This is a hands on role for a hard working, self-motivated individual who will be working closely with our construction manager to deliver a new build project to spec and budget.
This is a site based role and day-to-day tasks will include:
- Monitor build/sub-contractors
- Ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard and follow health and safety procedures
- Work closely with management
- Assist in procurement and on time delivery
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Manage site security and welfare - Problem solving
Qualifications and training:
CSCS
SMSTS
FIRST AID (3day) COURSE
