We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Manager for a large Secondary School in Southall. The role involves the management of a team of caretakers responsible for minor repairs, porterage and general upkeep tasks. In addition, you will to support the Facilities Manager with carrying out regular site checks and keeping all paperwork up to date.
This is a very hands-on role and good general repair and DIY skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a busy team, have some basic IT skills and preferably some experience with caretaking in a school setting. The role requires you to be proactive, organised and approachable, as well as being confident team leader.
The hourly rate is £10.79 per hour, 40 hours per week. Working hours are from 8am to 5pm, Mon- Fri.
