GM recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic individual for an exciting opportunity to join a sector leading high end residential refurbishment specialist.
Our client specialises in refurbishment of private residential properties primarily town houses in Central and South West London. Due to recent expansion they are looking for a Site Manager to join their aftercare and small works division covering projects values up to £1M. The role will involve taking responsibility for the day to day running of the site including:
- Liaising with sub-contractors and agency staff
- Managing all on-site staff
- Ensuring Health and Safety is maintained
- Maintaining standards of work and finish
- Interacting with clients
The role will operate on a temp to perm basis, starting on a new house refurb project in Chelsea valued at £500K.
Candidate’s essential experience/ qualifications:
- High end residential refurbishment experience
- Previous site management experience
- PC literate (Microsoft office etc)
Other desirable experience/ qualifications:
- Graduate/ degree qualified
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aider
- Trade background
