Family Mosaic has an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join the team based in Islington. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £21,250 per annum.
We are looking to recruit a Site Manager for our Homeless Service in Islington, North London. Staging Post is a short stay hostel for non-priority single homeless people referred by No Second Night Out and 6 north London Boroughs for re-housing.
The Site Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the hostel including assisting and managing signing ups new licensees and tenancy surrenders, ensuring housing benefit claims are submitted and cleaning and preparing vacant rooms for immediate let.
To become our Site Manager experience of working with single homeless people, in either in a volunteering or professional role would be an advantage along with Basic housing management knowledge.
Within Family Mosaic’s care and support services we expect that you will be as committed to providing excellent customer service. You need to be kind and empathetic, and respect the individual characteristics and needs of the very diverse range of customers you’ll be dealing with.
The working pattern for the site manager is Monday – Friday 11am – 7pm.
