Job Description
 Opportunity to work in a very friendly and busy staff restaurant
 Delivering a high standard of customer service
 Working in a team of 4 while, reporting directly to the General Manager
 supervising the catering assistant including support team staff
 To liaise with the Chef with regards to the daily and weekly menu
 The expertise of a first class Barista
 Ensure health and safety and Food Hygiene standards are adhered to and records kept up to date
 To assist with the set up and clear down of counters for all services
 To assist with the replenishment of all front of house areas throughout all services
 Warm and friendly approach to customers and clients request
 Cashiers duties through an IPad till system
 Computer expertise in particular, Excel and Microsoft
 Ensure the correct ordering and rotation of stock, while keeping stock levels to a minimum
 completing the weekly stock-taking, to ensure correct storage and rotation of stock as and when required
