Here at The Windmill we pride ourselves on being a traditional British pub. Our famously, British menu boasts a variety of seasonally suited Pies. Freshly home-made each morning, our Suet pastry and potato Topped Pies are packed full of only the best, locally sourced ingredients. All of which can be washed down with up to 8 cask Ales, a wide selection of craft Beers or a glass of wine or two. We also have our ‘Secret Garden’ that is ideally situated on our hidden roof terrace offering our guests an idyllic spot to dine alfresco, soak up the sunshine and relax. Along with our dedicated pie rooms and cosy bar, The Windmill pub is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the West End with a great British pub atmosphere. What we look for in a Restaurant Supervisor:
As the successful restaurant supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
