Passionate Restaurant Supervisor wanted for Timmy Green, Victoria. Up to £28,000 plus service charge + benefits
We have a handful of unique café / eateries / bars across central London, serving up great Aussie inspired food, quality coffee, an almost all natural wine list, craft Beers and innovative cocktails in an environment that is engaging and humble. We are looking for great, enthusiast people to join our team!
Timmy Green is our biggest site yet and in a new venture for us we are serving an evening dining menu consisting of small share plates and chargrilled meats from the Josper. The venue effortlessly shifts from casual day time coffee bar, running our much loved brunch menu to buzzing evening bar and restaurant accompanied by live music.
We're looking for a highly committed and experienced Supervisor who is passionate about developing their team and the community around them. Who's got the experience and excitement to execute our inspirational vision to create the best Aussie dinner and bar experience in London.
The key objective is to develop inspirational leaders who will grow our business, instill excitement, deliver absolute quality and be as passionate about our really unique opportunity as we are.
Our customer experience is as much about our food as it is about the warm, friendly, engaging service that they receive when they come to visit us again and again.
You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager across all aspects of the restaurant operations (Running the shift, closing the restaurant, cashing up, systems, stations, recruitment, training, performance reviews, rotas, budgets, reporting, stock control, customer experience, health and safety, PR, customer experience).
You will emanate the Daisy Green Collection culture and passion, be a purveyor of health and lifestyle and a real connector of your customers and community.
You will have a burning ambition to quickly progress to restaurant assistant manager/manager.
Desired Skills and experience
- Inspiring and engaging personality with real leadership capabilities
- 2 + years of assistant restaurant management experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant with a real focus on table service and customer engagement
- A love of food and healthy lifestyle
- Great eye for Detail
- Consistent and professional approach to other staff members
- Extensive food, wine and coffee experience
- Valid UK visa with 2 + years remaining
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, tills and excel
- Acute financial management skills.
