We are a private members’ luncheon club with meeting rooms facilities
We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Supervisor /Deputy Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional service to guests. At the same time, will have the service, food and drink knowledge in order to lead the restaurant service and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests. You will work closely with the general manager to maximize service delivery opportunities and in turn, ensure the continued success of the club.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high quality, vibrant destination restaurant/member club/hotel.
• An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent leadership and organisation skills.
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service leading a small team during lunch service and assisting the general manager with the daily operation of the club.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Microsoft office skills are essential.
• Knowledge of working in a members’ club with meeting rooms preparation would be beneficial but not essential
What we offer:
• £18,000 per annum
• 2% non-contributory pension
• 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
• Occasional overtime for private evening events
• 28 days holiday pro rata (including bank holidays) and incremental holiday for every year of service (up to 5 years)
• Target and performance bonuses
• Staff meals on duty
