Opening in Balham, Pirana will be a busy addition to the growing Balham food, drinks and social scene.
Serving a South American influenced small plates menu, alongside a great wine list and classic cocktails, Pirana will be a busy destination location, with a weekend brunch service, and a late night food and cocktail offering that will run all week.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to take control of the whole site.
The right candidate will be in place before we open in August, helping to recruit and train the team prior to opening.

Overseeing, managing and training junior staff.
