Assistant Restaurant Manager – Frenchie Covent Garden Restaurant.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities, and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and/or the General Manager. The ARM works to ensure that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the restaurant’s owner’s or General Manager’s business plan. The ARM ensures all employees (shift leaders and FOH staff) are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.
The ARM needs to be a leader, a motivator, a mentor, someone who the team all look up to and a responsible, unwavering support to the Restaurant Manager and General Manager. They need to show the confidence and necessary experience to make the big decisions in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and General Manager.
The Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager:
We want to invest a ARM who is as passionate as us about hospitality.
·3 + Years experience in restaurant management position. Must come with good verbal and written references. Must be fluent in English, a good communicator, a good standard of personal presentation, a motivated and ideally dynamic individual.
·Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with all employees. Must be accessible at all times, day or night. Maintains an open door policy.
·Able to work a minimum of 48 hours per week; able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.

In 2021, Chef Greg Marchand launched Frenchie Covent Garden on Henrietta Street, his first site outside of Paris.
Frenchie Covent Garden is a 65 seat restaurant doing very high quality food and using the best of British and French products. Frenchie's cook is a world born of inspiration, guided by a spirit of generosity and a passion for good ingredients. Trying new things, sharing and, above all, enjoyment.
