On level 36 of the iconic Sky Garden is Darwin, a rooftop all-day brasserie inspired by the very best of British. Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated d?cor which allows the food ? and incredible view ? to do the talking.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to come and be part of the incredible team at London?s highest brasserie
Job role.
- Reporting into the General Manager, you will manage and oversee all aspects of the day to day management of the Restaurant on level 36, ensuring that the team deliver the rhubarb product in quality, consistency and presentation.
- Managing a team of 40 waiters, food runners, hosts and bartenders, ensuring the highest level of service for up to 700 guests per day.
- You will be required to drive revenue performance and maximizing seating capacities whilst developing additional revenue streams to improve restaurant and bar sales at high standards at all times.
- You will be an ambassador for rhubarb's brand and build up relation shift with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Your job role requires you to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery whilst proactively seeking improvements and reacting to challenges as they arise.

- You will have gained previous working knowledge in a similar high end, fast paced environment.
- You will be an excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills.
- You will display great attention to detail and be methodological in your work approach and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm to motivate, develop and lead the team with drive and consistency.
- You will have relevant sales skills and demonstrate diplomacy, tact and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary up to £40,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits
