BCL Resources is currently seeking a Resourcer. We are a recruitment agency in construction field and we are highly experienced in all aspects of Construction, Mechanical and Electrical, Plant and Civil and Railways.
You will be responsible for:
- Matching candidates to fulfil exact client requirements
- Writing and placing compliant adverts
-Sending texts with job offers to candidates we have on our books
-Making phone calls to eligible and available candidates
-Building and maintaining a long lasting relationship with clients and candidates
