An exciting opportunity has arisen within our organisation to both help us through a period of change and to provide an excellent Human Resources service to our managers and staff at Glebe Housing. The post holder will need to be experienced in Human Resources management and will be required to:
Manage the delivery of a comprehensive Human Resources service for line managers and employees of Glebe Housing (approximately 100 staff)
Advise managers on people management solutions and maintaining good employee relations.
Work in partnership with managers to drive through some organisational change whilst supporting continuous improvement to services.
The ideal candidate will need to have a CIPD qualification or equivalent plus Human Resources experience and with a knowledge and experience of change management initiatives and TUPE transfers, handling staff resolution matters and sickness management. experience in the housing sector would be beneficial although not essential.
