We are looking for a revenue/reservations manager for a four star boutique hotel in Central London, a minimum of 3 years in a similar role is essential
Purpose
You will be responsible for managing revenue and driving sales for all revenue streams through revenue management and strategic planning; whilst utilising all systems and data available.
Oversee reservations departments in both hotels, ensuring the departments run efficiently as per SOPs and high customer service standards.
You will have experience of revenue management, sales and pricing strategy, forecasting and budgeting. Competitive and demand analysis, monitoring and driving commercial performance. You will have experience with loading rates onto the GDS, PMS, hotel websites and within the usual OTA channels. You will be comfortable with all tactics, processes and procedures involved in this.
Essential Skills
Competent and skilled in revenue management.
Highly proficient in forecasting.
Knowledge of four star market.
Knowledge of Opera and Siteminder
Key responsibilities:
Analysing booking patterns and market trends
Monitoring competitor performance
Effective yield management
Initiating promotions to generate business at key times
Forecasting revenue performance
Liaising with the sales teams, reception and the general manager
