Group Reservations Team Leader
Group Reservations  Team Leader overview:
To manage, lead and develop the Group Reservations  team to ensure they anticipate customer’s needs and deal with all enquiries in a pleasant and efficient manner to support our culture of an inspirational place to work that engages it employees. Ensure that the Customer Contract Centre operates in an organised, financially responsible and professional way. To work to the company standards and to act in a genuine, friendly, helpful manner to customers at all times in line with our Company values.
Group Reservations Team Leader key responsibilities:

Ensure all contacts are handled politely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meeting the caller’s needs.
Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Working and co-operating with colleagues to enhance the customer experience at all times.
Ensure proactive planning takes place to ensure customer expectations are met.
Continually developing new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery.
A thorough knowledge and consistent delivery of the brand standards in the department.
Take group reservations ensuring all customers receive a friendly and efficient response, which accurately meets their needs.
Have an accurate knowledge of the properties  current and future rates.
Be motivated and encouraged to maximize selling opportunities by adding customer value at every opportunity, promoting the properties facilities.
Be aware at all times the current business targets, actual, budgeted and forecasted business levels and to focus on achieving these.

The ideal candidate for this position:

Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
Must be standards driven and detail-orientated.
Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible with regards to hours.
Must have a good command of the English language.
Must have excellent self-presentation.
Should have previous experience in similar role.
Will ideally have experience of OnQ or similar systems, but full training will be provided.
