Job Description
Moro and Morito are offering a full time role for a Reservations Manager. We are looking for an experienced individual with the online Open Table system, who will manage and develop our reservations across all our three sites. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a flawless experience when enquiring or booking with us. You will also have some office responsibilities such as ordering, updating our database and liaising with our management team. A great communicator on the phone and face-to-face and good computer skills is key.
About Us:
Moro has been a stalwart of the London food scene since its inception in 1997 by husband and wife team Sam and Sam Clark. From their original road trip through Spain and Morocco to the Sahara they have strived to introduce the foods of the Moors to Britain. They now have three restaurants, Moro Exmouth Market, Morito Exmouth Market and Morito Hackney Road.
The Ideal Candidate
Has at least 2 years of working in F and B environment and 1 year experience as Reservations Manager with the current Open Table reservations systems.
