We are a small but ambitious reservations agency that has a number of high profile clients. We are looking to recruit someone who will be working directly with clients and being trained to take lots of responsibility!
You will be involved in a wide range of activities- predominantly Heaps of hotel and venue sourcing, negotiating and booking but also including organising all the other details to go with this; catering, supplier sourcing, lots of admin/ contracts and confirmations, rooming lists, event organising, Director PA duties and maintaining the filing / databases that underpin our business.
There are 2 roles on offer- 1 x part time (which can be flexible but must be consistent) and 1 x full time.
Skills required:
*- Fluent in English and have a faultless level of written communication skills
*- A highly organised mind- capable of multi tasking, prioritising and following through multiple enquiries
*- Amazing attention to detail- and genuine ability to think creatively
*- Able to take direction and learn fast
*- At least 2 years commercial experience - although not necessarily in the events industry
*- Great planning and organising skills - with an amazing memory
*- Motivated, dedicated and able to work on own- as well as part of a team
You will need to deal with multiple clients, bookings and projects- and work in a fast moving, immediate deadline, busy environment. Please don't apply if you cannot work under serious pressure- accurately!
Our office is based in Wimbledon but on completetion of training, you may work from home some days.
