Our staff retention is amongst the highest in the industry (above 85% for the past 4 years) - a reflection of how we look after the people who look after usWe are currently looking to add a new Industrial Consultant to our team based in Enfield. The branch is one of our top performing and last year turned over GBP3.4m and has a well established and loyal temp and client base. Your role would be to manage and develop a busy existing industrial desk under the direction of an experienced and successful Branch Manager. You will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing temps and ultimately selling a high quality service to clients in the local area.We are seeking someone with an out going personality, who can communicate at all levels and who has the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities. An excellent telephone manner and a willingness to work both individually and as part of a strong team is key. Previous experience in business to business sales is an advantage though we are happy to train the right person from scratch, but only if they have the commitment and passion required to succeed. You must be organised, driven, and able to work under pressure, and as we promote lots of face to face client contact, and ideally hold a driving licence, as you will have access to a company car during working hours.We pay all of our consultants the same excellent basic salary regardless of their experience and each receives 10% the weekly gross profit generated by their desk - with NO threshold! A dozen or more consultants achieved over GBP40k last year - but if you cannot make the 7 a.m. Start (5 p.m. Finish) and take your turn, taking the branch mobile then please don't waste my time in applying.
