DRN are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Trainee or an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our buzzing City of London offices.
You will be recruiting for Dental care sector on a permanent basis.

Background of the Recruitment Consultant:
The successful applicant will come from an target driven environment and will have a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional initiative, tenacity and drive to succeed. A degree would also be desirable but not essential.
The role:
• Developing and managing existing client relationships
• Contacting new clients to secure business growth.
• Effective negotiation to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Developing an impressive candidate base through local market, social media and head hunting.
• Adopting a consultative approach with both clients and candidates.

The candidate:
• You will ideally have a proven track record of excellent sales
• A degree in any discipline, grade 2:1 or above
• Acute attention to detail
• An understanding of what makes people tick and how to be persuasive
• Be incredibly organised, dynamic and demonstrate initiative
• Thrive on negotiation and the hunt for new business
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathise with both your clients and candidates - you will need a good balance of commercial, professional and people skills
