Face 2 Face Healthcare is a recruitment agency based in West London.
We supply nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals to NHS and private organisations across the UK.
The package comes with an uncapped commission structure and basic salary (£19.000 negotiable + uncapped commission).

The role will involve:
-gaining new business
-managing and building relationships
-understanding specific requirements for vacancies to be filled
-sourcing the most suitable candidates
-achieving revenue targets
-developing relationships with clients and candidates
-Ensuring compliance with legislation
-monitoring candidates once the placement has commenced and collect feedback from the client
The ideal candidate:
-have relevant experience within the Recruitment Sector (healthcare/NHS, minimum of 2 years)
-have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, proactive, dynamic and willing to build a lasting career
-have strong ability to build and pursue opportunities
-have strong ability in matching candidates to the client needs
-have excellent phone manner
-will have to be work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- have to be prepared to undertake any other duties in line with the main responsibilities
