Standard Nursing Agency is looking for Recruitment consultant.
To be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within the agencies client group needs. To work with bookings team, NHS Clients Groups in building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. Good oral and written communication skills with commitment to quality, a high attention to detail, Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
Well presented with a polite professional manner, Confident using IT softwares and have an Outgoing personality.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities.
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract targeted candidates.
Play a key influencing role with partners regarding marketing issues and projects and take a lead role in executing new ideas and existing initiatives.
Managing and producing marketing literature.
Managing the company's Social Media channels.
Confident and willing to be the face of the brand at all events and organising certain recruitment events.
Being part of a team who are passionate about recruitment, advertising and marketing.
