We are a fast growing recruitment business based in Central London with an extensive client base established over our decade of industry experience. We require a dynamic, experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to assist with driving our excelerated growth projections.
We are looking for someone who is ambitious for passion, credibility and drive. You must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve the best possible results. You will be working in our fast paced, challenging yet supportive, fun and sociable environment.
Duties include:
Recruiting and interviewing candidates to evaluate their suitability for current roles
Achieving certain sales KPIs such as fees, candidates, registrations etc.
Taking enquiries from clients and candidates via the phone and email
Discussing client requirements with them in a detailed consultation
Write candidate CVs and profiles using our extensive candidate database to Record job details and candidate information
Arranging for relevant compliance checks
All associated recruitment admin tasks - referencing etc.
Find new and emerging ways of attracting candidates
This Senior Recruitment Consultant position is Monday to Friday in Central London. At least 2 years of recruitment experience is essential. Other spoken language such as German, French, Dutch or Portuguese are a bonus.
