Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (No: 1117222) that helps orphan children overseas by providing them with basic necessities.
We are looking for enthusiastic RECEPTIONISTS, Volunteer
The job will consist of:
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department
• Managing the visitors book and giving out security passes
• Answering enquiries in person, by phone and on email
• Providing or sending out information
• Managing a booking system
• Providing refreshments
• Keeping the reception area tidy
• MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
OFFICE WORKING TIME: 9AM TO 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
Bring your skills and meet the like-minded. No previous experience is required as full training would be provided.
Please note this is a voluntary unpaid role.
Initial commitment of 3 days a week for the first two months, thereafter - 2 days a week (flexible).
In return, volunteers often gain experience of an office environment, and learn new skills or develop existing ones.
We offer excellent references after successful completion of project work
