BUJ Architects are an established Architectural practicelooking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to support the team on a day-to-day basis in their Greenwich – based office.
Location: Greenwich, London. SE10 9FR.
Start Date: Immediate start preferable
Hours of Work: Wednesday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (3 days with the ability to cover other administrative staff when required)
Salary: Negotiable, dependent upon experience.
The Receptionist / Administrator will be required to support all aspects of the office including:
Key responsibilities
· Meeting and greeting clients
· Booking meetings
· Booking cabs and couriers and travel requirements
· Keeping the reception area tidy and organised
· Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
· Sorting and distributing post
· Ordering Stationery supplies and checking stock weekly
· Invoice chasing
· Managing diaries and making appointments
· Drafting letters and other documents
· Maintaining a filing system
· Photocopying, scanning and binding documents
· Updating contact lists
· Maintaining meeting room schedule
· Providing refreshments
Key Skills
· Good telephone manner
· Flexible and adaptable
· experience with Microsoft Office
· Good attention to detail
· Highly organised and efficient
