Are you a proactive team player with a passion for customer service? We’re a large, busy hostel in central London looking for the ideal person to fill a full-time night reception position.

Duties include:

- Check-in and check-out. Our reception is open 24/7.
- Answering customer questions and complaints in person in a friendly manner.
- Answering customer queries via email.
- Running the night audit procedures in our computer system – full instructions and training is included, no prior experience needed!
- Closing shifts.
- And more!

No prior experience is required as full training and instructions will be provided. Advantages include good pay and free meals.
