Night Receptionist for Serviced Apartments and Boutique Hotel in West London – Immediate Start, Saturdays and Sundays.
We are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our expanding team, who will be the main point of call for our guests throughout the night and assist them with anything they might need.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
Being the main point of contact for all guest queries and requests during the night.
Attending to late Check Ins, assisting with luggage.
Completing Front Office administration tasks
The ideal candidate will care about providing an excellent service experience to our guests and will use their intuition and creativity to deliver. You will be able to maintain a positive and calm outlook regardless of what challenges the night shift might bring, and be able to make decisions without supervision.
As a minimum we would expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. experience within a similar environment is essential and to have previously worked nights.
