We are now recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at Clayton Hotel Chiswick, situated in West London.
With 227 bedrooms, large banquet and event facilities and a popular bar and restaurant, this role will keep you busy!
Having recently undergone a full refurbishment, including the additional of 104 new bedrooms and an extensive conference centre, we are looking for a customer service expert to help us wow our guests.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be
• Welcoming and friendly
• Happy to work alone and as part of a team
• Ready to work hard and ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay
• Excited to help out with all guests queries and answer any questions
• Able to multi task and work quickly
• A quick learner and have great attention to detail
Previous hotel experience is an advantage, but having the right attitude is more important!
