We are looking for a Receptionist to join the team in our physiotherapy clinic in Kingston upon Thames.
You will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team and if interested learn more about healthcare. The job is most likely to suit a person of mature disposition who enjoys contact with a wide range of people.
In this role, you will have contact with clients and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Duties include answering phone calls, booking appointments for new and existing clients, welcoming clients on arrival, taking payments and booking follow up appointments while always remaining calm and friendly. The successful candidate will need to be skilled in diary management for a number of practitioners.
There will be a thorough induction and excellent on-going support in the role.
The job is for at least twenty hours each week and the pay is £8.00 per hour. Working hours which will vary will usually be made known four weeks in advance. We open as early as 7.00am and close as late as 9.00pm and are open seven days a week. You will need to be able to cover any of the hours the clinic is open, it is therefore likely that you will live in or close to Kingston upon Thames.
