THE MAIN JOB FUNCTION:
•Receive and welcome all visiting customers to the dealership
•Ensure presentation of customer lounge, replenish cups and glasses as required and ensure that up-to-date reading material is present
•Maintain and monitor CTI for the dealership
•Fulfil and monitor all CRM Portal brochure requests and allocate leads.
•Manage the CRM notice board
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure that customers receive a welcome based on the 10-foot policy
•Walk customers to their destination after assessing their needs
•Capture customers’ data and input into the system relative to their requirements.
•Weekly first impressions audit walk around dealership to ensure consistency in presentation.
•Maintain contact with customers whilst they are in the dealership and operate showroom traffic log to ensure you know the whereabouts of all visitors to the dealership
•Obtain daily service log.
•Communicate with Sales Support about customers appointments and ensure that Reception are aware of customers arrival times etc.
•Work closely with Parts Department
•Build relationship with Service Department to ensure the meet and greet function operates to its full effect.
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND experience:
•Be capable of conducting yourself in an organised manner and be able to interact well with Customers and Dealership Staff
•High standards in personal appearance and hygiene
•Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively
•Experienced and skilled within administration function.
•Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm
•Display a friendly and professional approach to all customers and visitors
Saturdays only - Hours: 8:00 to 18:00
