Sanctum International Apartments “Your London Residence” prides itself on being one of the best Luxury Serviced Apartment companies in London, we are seeking to hire an ambitious, enthusiastic reservations receptionist who is willing to grow with the company.
The role of receptionist is customer orientated and involves dealing with various guest requests over the telephone, in-house and in person in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining records of guests’ stays, invoices, payments, sales and administration as well as dealing with individual reservations over the phone or via our dedicated channel manager and PMS system.
This role specifically involves reception and reservation responsibilities combined.
Requirements:
•Right to work in the UK
•Fluent in written and spoken English
•Strong administration and organisational skills
•the ability to multitask and work under pressure
•Team oriented
•Knowledge of the room master booking system preferred
