We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team of doctors, aestheticians and administrators.
Bodyvie is one of London’s original and leading advanced cosmetic clinics, offering the most up-to-date anti-ageing, skin-rejuvenation and laser treatments available. Established in 1999, we have over 18 years experience specialising in non-surgical and minimally invasive treatments.
Candidates will be expected to have experience within an administrative role, preferably within the industry. They will be highly organised, articulate, proactive and presentable with excellent computer literacy skills (word and excel imperative) and telephone manner. You must be an excellent Multitasker, communicator and team player.
The role will be front of house-administration and patient co-ordination; meeting and greeting, patient call backs and enquiry management, account management (payments, banking etc.), medical record updating as well as doctor assistance, stock control and orders. The role is all encompassing providing variety and exposure to areas.
Split over 2 floors occupying beautifully spacious and airy premises, Bodyvie has multiple private waiting areas, bathroom facilities and 7 treatment rooms.
Hours: 37 hour week. Working hours 10am-6pm Monday-Friday with 1 late evening until 8pm, per week. 1 Saturday per month - time paid back in lieu.
Salary on application - from £18k.
