One of the biggest and best youth hostels in London is looking for an EXPERIENCED Receptionist, to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team. From suitable candidate we require a ‘can do’ attitude, positive outlook, and ability to work 5 shifts ( 7am-3pm, 3pm-11, and occasional nights)
The main responsibilities of this position include check-in/outs, handling customer enquirers, providing information, and support to in-house guests, as well as responding to emails in a professional manner. Apart from that, the suitable applicant must have excellent communication and ‘people’ skills, as well as, high command of English, and being able to handle challenging situations, and work under pressure in hectic work environment.
