We're growing our team and are looking for a bright and energetic receptionist to join our hotel reception. Ideally, you'll have some hotel experience, with previous Opera training being a huge plus. The Coach and Horses Hotel is a 31 bedroom boutique hotel right on beautiful Kew Green. Great transport from Kew Gardens and Kew Bridge means we’re really easy to get to and from. We’re a close knit team and all work together to make sure our customers have a memorable stay and all our guests leave with a smile.
We are just down the road from beautiful Kew Gardens and the businesses in Kew Bridge and Chiswick. Our team is an enthusiastic bunch with lots of experience. What we look for in a Receptionist:
As the successful Receptionist you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.
You will have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
